End User License Agreement (EULA) for GolfTrail
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and [Company Name] (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing your use of the GolfTrail mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies implemented within the App. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
GolfTrail has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech
- Harassment
- Threats or bullying
- Nudity or sexual content
- Violence or promotion of violence
- Discriminatory language or behavior
- Offensive or harmful media (images, videos, etc.)
Users found violating this policy will be immediately suspended or permanently banned from using the App.
3. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or share through the App. By using the App, you agree to:
- Abide by community guidelines and ensure that all content shared respects other users.
- Refrain from posting any objectionable content as defined in Section 2.
- Use the App for lawful purposes only and respect the rights of other users.
We reserve the right to monitor user content and interactions to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
4. Content Filtering
User can filter content by going to ‘Settings’ and then click on ‘Content Safety’.
5. Mechanism for Flagging Objectionable Content
If you come across content that violates this Agreement or community guidelines, you have the ability to flag or report it. You can report objectionable content by:
- Selecting the “Report” option available under each post or message.
- Providing details about the nature of the violation in the report.
All reports will be reviewed, and action will be taken within 24 hours.
6. Response to Reports of Objectionable Content
We take reports of objectionable content seriously. Once a report has been submitted, we will:
- Investigate the content in question within 24 hours.
- Remove content that violates our policies.
- Eject or suspend the user responsible for the offending content.
Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior. No refunds will be given for any terminated accounts.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when using the App.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
